Entebbe is a miniature and peaceful town in central Uganda found on the stunning shores of Lake Victoria just about 40km southwest of Kampala. This town boasts admirable beaches of Lake Victoria- the largest tropical lake in the world.

After having an early breakfast at your lodge around 6 am, you’ll head to the Buligi game area for a 3-4 hours game drive. This drive will give you a golden opportunity of exploring the picturesque grasslands of the northern Murchison Falls NP.

After, your early breakfast at 6:30 am from your lodge, you’ll move to Kibale park headquarters for a sensational Kibale chimpanzee briefing at 8 am.
The briefing is conducted by a knowledgeable park ranger who will guide you on the dos and don’ts of this memorable experience. Following the briefing, you’ll head into the jungle in search of chimps on foot!
In size, Chimpanzees are smaller than their cousins (Mountain gorillas). However, they’re more charming, and intelligent living in communities of about 20-150 individuals.
The chimpanzee trek in Kibale usually takes about 2-5 hours depending on the location of the chimps. Visitors have over 95% chance of spotting Chimpanzees in Kibale Park– This is far better than any other place in Uganda or Rwanda.

Day 6: Travel To Queen Elizabeth National Park. Undertake Kazinga Channel Boat Cruise And Enjoy An Evening Game Drive Along The Channel Track
You’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast around 8:30 am and after transfer on a 2-3 hours drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park- a UN Man and Biosphere and one of the popular parks for wildlife safaris in Uganda.
This park holds over 1978km2 with a range of landscapes counting: the spectacular craters and freshwater lakes, rolling Savannah, humid forests, as well as fertile wetlands.

On reaching the Ishasha plains, you’ll undertake a game drive in search of the mysterious tree-climbing Lions. You’ll spot them resting up in big Fig tree branches gazing at Uganda kobs grazing in the plains.

Following the briefing, you’ll go on the trailhead in the dense misty forest, home of beautiful birds, rare monkeys, and over 200 colorful butterfly species.
Normally, gorilla trekking takes about 2-8 hours in the jungle. Please note that this thrilling adventure can be a bit strenuous as it involves hiking fairly steep hills in the misty dense forest of Bwindi. However, the effort is worth it!
On encountering these shy cool giants of Bwindi, you’ll enjoy them feeding, grooming, eating napping as well as playing. You’ll also get to know their amazing behaviors.

Day 9: Drive From Lake Bunyonyi To Mburo National Park For An Evening Game Drive
After a relaxed breakfast on day 9 of your 10 days Uganda safari tour, embark on a 4-hour drive to Lake Mburo NP– the smallest Savannah park in Uganda covering over 260km2.
Regardless of the small size of Mburo park, this park boasts over 350 bird species and over 68 animal species including Leopards, Buffaloes as well as Hyenas. This spectacular park is the only place in western Uganda to spot Zebras, beautiful Elands, and the Impalas.
