Turaco Treetops is among the newest Mid-range Lodges in Kibale National Park/Mid-range Accommodation In Kibale National Park/Standard Hotels. This amazing lodge is set on 5.2 hectares of rain-forest adjacent to the park. At the lodge’s grounds, birds, butterflies, and monkeys can be spotted.

And among these include Bush-babies, Black-and-white Colobus Monkeys, and striking views of the snow-capped Rwenzori Mountains.

Turaco Treetops holds 8 luxury cottages set in the jungle. These cottages are spacious, with large windows and outside wooden decks, offering impressive views over Kibale Forest.

These cottages are designed to “bring the outdoors inside” and also mix modernity with an “African feel” by using clean lines in combination with wood and other natural materials.

While on your balcony, you can spot the Great Blue Turaco and the Black-and-white Colobus Monkeys enjoying the forest.

• Standard Rooms

In May 2021, Turaco Treetops added 8 standard rooms to the lodge. These rooms are positioned in 4 duplex buildings that are located on 2 sites in the forest and provide excellent value for money.

They have optional sharing balconies, ideal for families and friends who would wish to enjoy nature together!
