Day 1: Drive To Murchison Falls National Park. Visit The Top Of The Falls And Afternoon Nile Launch Cruise

You’ll wake up early and enjoy your breakfast around 6:30 am. Then, meet your professional driver guide to embark on a drive to Murchison Falls National Park, 310km northwest of Kampala.

This 5-6 scenic drive will pass you through amazing towns of Uganda and also offers you great views of the eye-catching landscape of Nakasongola district, cross River Kafu as well as the lush Budongo Forest.

On arrival in Murchison park, you’ll undertake a picturesque drive to the top of Murchison Falls. This drive is intended to explore the most powerful waterfalls in the world.

While undertaking this 3-4 hours impressive game drive in Buligi, expect to encounter over 80% of the wildlife in Murchison Falls National Park.  This early morning game drive allows you to start up your day with grazers coming out to feed as well as predators to hunt.

Normally, drives in the Buligi game area are done on designated tracks such as Buligi, Pakuba, Queen, and Albert, among others. They stretch about 170km long up to the delta area offering stunning views.

On the game drive in Murchison park, expect to encounter:
